• Generate regional and national reports on the State of the Houseplant Industry
• Help local plant shops better understand customer demand and supply gaps
• Inform future product decisions, promotions, and small business support efforts

Your data is used only in aggregated or anonymized form for research purposes, unless otherwise stated.

If you provide your email address, it will only be used for:

• Contacting you about your survey response (if clarification is needed)
• Notifying you if you're selected as a giveaway winner

• Ask for your data to be deleted
• Withdraw from future communications at any time

7. Children's Privacy

This survey and giveaway are intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

1. No Purchase Necessary

Participation in the giveaway is free and requires only completion of the survey and optional entry of your name and email.

2. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Complete the survey and provide a valid email address

3. Not a Guaranteed Giveaway

We are not obligated to award any prize.

A giveaway will only occur in cities where we receive at least 100 valid survey responses. Once this threshold is met, we will make a good faith effort to award a rare plant based on the most-voted selection in that city.

If the response goal is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel, delay, or modify the giveaway for that region.

4. Prize Details

• Prize: One rare plant per qualifying city
• Selection: Winner(s) will be chosen randomly from eligible entries
• Delivery: Prize will be shipped or arranged for pickup at our discretion
• Value: The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred

5. Notification & Claiming Prizes

Winners will be contacted by email. If no response is received within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Lost, late, or misdirected entries
• Technical errors or outages
• Delays in delivery or plant health after shipping
• Any allergic reactions or injuries from interacting with plants

You accept all risks associated with owning and caring for the plant.
